Phillip L. Baker Phil is an orthopedic surgeon in Topeka. Originally from Iowa, he graduated from Iowa State University and then the University of Nebraska Medical School. He served two years in the US Army before returning to the University of Kansas Medical School to finish his orthopedic surgery residency. Phil enjoys genealogical research, gardening, computers, and historical reading. |
