Jim is a retired attorney and district judge in Abilene. He graduated
with his BA and LLB from the University of Kansas and The National
Judicial College, University of Nevada.
Jim taught business law at Kansas State University, and is part
of the American Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, and
Dickinson County Bar Association.
He has been a part of the Board of Trustees since March of 2003.
Jim is a staunch conservationist and a friend of the environment.
