Wesley Sandall
Wes is a resident of north central Nebraska, and has been a rancher
all his life. He raises beef cattle and hay.
Wes served during World War II and then spent two years at the
University of Nebraska in Lincoln studying range management and
beef production.
He spent many years on the Board of Directors for a local Co-op
and on the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service Committee--now
known as the Farm Service Agency. He also served for many years
as president of the Save the Niobrara River Association, and many
different committees in the United Methodist Church.
Wes has always loved the land, and tries to improve it for wildlife
by planting trees. He hopes to use his 60 years of grass management
experience to help improve the grass situation at the Hutton ranch.
