Kaw Valley Eagles Day 2019

After icy roads forced the cancellation of the January event, Kaw Valley Eagles Day has been rescheduled for February 16, 2019!

The 23rd Annual Kaw Valley Eagles Day is a free event for the whole family! There will be arts and crafts, informational booths, presentations, live bald and golden eagles and other wild critters, a hike through the wetlands, and eagle-viewing field trips. Come for an hour or the whole day: you won't be disappointed!

The annual Kaw Valley Eagles Day is sponsored by the Jayhawk Audubon Society, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Unified School District 497 to celebrate the return of bald eagles to area lakes and rivers.
